The LDI was originally created by dr. John J Scherer in the 1980s. It has since revolutionized the place of work in 55 countries around
the globe.
We are a certified LDI center and have been delivering the program in Poland and beyond for over 10 years now.
LDI is an intensive, 3.5-day self-developmental experience that unleashes leadership potential like no other.
In over 30 years of this program being delivered across the world, we have not seen a participant that would complete the LDI ‘unaffected’.
The LDI is a deep journey inside you supported by a safe yet challenging group process.
This unique developmental program is especially dedicated to more senior and experienced teams or individuals.
The program is delivered for specific organizations or as open groups for individuals.
